1. Who we are

This site is run by Peacock Accounting & Finance LLC ("we," "us"), serving Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. What the site is for

The site describes our outsourced bookkeeper, controller and CFO services, publishes our prices, and lets you book a free 13-Week Cash Review. Its content is general information, not financial, tax or legal advice for your situation, and we may change it at any time.

3. What we don't do

We don't prepare or file tax returns, and we're not a CPA firm. Jordan Peacock: I am not a certified public accountant or public accountant.

4. Samples and figures

Sample reports, forecasts and summaries on this site are labeled as samples, and their numbers are made up. The hire comparison on our plans page uses U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data as published; your own costs may differ.

5. Our services and prices

Paid work starts only under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, the price and the terms. Prices shown on the site can change until that agreement is signed.

6. The free template

The 13-week cash forecast template is a blank spreadsheet you can use as you like. You are responsible for the numbers you enter and the decisions you make with them.

7. Other services

Booking, email and some other features are provided by other companies, such as Calendly. Their own terms apply when you use them.

8. Limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site or relying on its general information.

9. Pennsylvania law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
