Effective October 21, 2026 · Peacock Accounting & Finance LLC
1. Who we are
Peacock Accounting & Finance LLC ("we," "us") runs peacockaccountingandfinance.com. We serve businesses in Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania. Questions about this policy go to jordan@peacockaccountingandfinance.com or (412) 336-3200.
2. What we collect
What you give us. When you ask for the 13-week cash forecast template: your email. When you book a 13-Week Cash Review: what you enter in our scheduling form (name, email, phone number, company, yearly revenue and what you'd like us to look at first).
When you call us. Calls to (412) 336-3200 are handled by our phone provider and forwarded to us. We keep your phone number, the time and the length of the call. Live calls are not recorded. If you leave a voicemail, it is recorded and transcribed, and the transcript and a link to the recording are saved with our lead records.
What your browser tells us. The pages you visit, how you arrived (the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link), your device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address, collected by the analytics tools in section 5.
3. How we use it
- To send what you asked for, such as the forecast template.
- To call you at the time you booked, and to answer your calls and messages.
- To send follow-up emails about our services. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To see which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and keep out spam.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. The services that handle it for us
- Vercel hosts this site and processes the forms you send.
- Google: Google Workspace (our email), Google Sheets (where we keep lead records) and Google Analytics (section 5).
- Calendly runs our booking calendar and keeps the details of your booking.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Twilio runs our business phone line, including voicemail recording and transcription.
- Umami measures how the site is used (section 5).
Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.
5. Analytics and cookies

You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Over time and across sites. Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. You can limit this with your browser's cookie settings and the opt-out above.
Do Not Track. Our site does not change what it collects in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. The cookie settings and opt-out above still work.
6. Emails
If you give us your email, we may send you what you asked for and a few follow-up emails about our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply and ask us to stop.
7. Client documents
This website does not collect client financial documents. Clients send documents through the private folder set up for their company, as described on our Client Portal page.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
9. Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jordan@peacockaccountingandfinance.com or call (412) 336-3200, and we'll take care of it.
