From Jordan Peacock's bookkeeping firm, Peacock Bookkeeping Services
“Running a construction business, I don't have time to sit on QuickBooks all day. He stays on top of everything and I always know where we stand.”
A payment recorded twice, caught in a roofing client's August close.

A plan costs less than the hire it stands in for.
A year of each plan beside the median yearly wage for that hire in the Pittsburgh area.
Outsourced Bookkeeper beside a bookkeeper on staff
Outsourced Controller beside an accountant on staff
Outsourced CFO beside a financial manager on staff
Median yearly wages in the Pittsburgh metro area, May 2025, for occupation codes 43-3031 (bookkeeping clerks), 13-2011 (accountants) and 11-3031 (financial managers). About the prices
How long is the contract?
Month to month. Stop any month.
What if my books are behind?
We quote the catch-up work in writing before we start, so you know that cost up front too.
What isn't included?
Tax returns. Those stay with whoever prepares your taxes, and we hand them books that are closed and reconciled.
Is the review really free?
Yes. 30 minutes with Jordan, then a one-page summary with the plan we'd recommend, in 2 business days. You keep the summary either way.
Know your numbers 13 weeks out.
Picture the first Monday with a plan running: last month closed by the 10th, the forecast checked against your bank, and the week that needs a call to the GC already marked. The review shows you which plan gets you there, at the price on this page.
